If you feel you have reasonable information to prove that your computer was hacked - or accessed in any way that you feel is unwelcome - then I would recommend contacting the ISP that owns that IP address.

According to CompleteWhois.com, it belongs to Opal Communications. Their primary contact listed is Phill Magill and can be contacted at pmagill@opaltelecom.co.uk. There is also a phone number you can call - +44 161 222-2000 (this is a UK number, so long distance/international fees may apply). If you feel you have enough information to warrant contacting them about it, I would bring it to their attention ASAP so that they can perform their investigation and prevent further attacks from occurring if in fact someone is hacking other computers from that address. Most likely, they would have their account suspended or terminated if it were determined to be true.

As for the strange scan result, it's hard to know what that means outside of the context of which application was used to perform the scan and what other information was included. Doing a Google search for "win-okqi6e6sp4" comes up with nothing. More information would be required to figure that out. However, if you believe you have been hacked and are worried about your security, I would recommend getting some applications to repair any issues and prevent things like this from happening in the future:

Zone Alarm - free firewall software
Spybot Search & Destroy - free anti-spyware software
SpywareBlaster - free anti-spyware software
Windows Defender - free anti-spyware software
AVG Anti-Virus - free anti-virus software
HijackThis - free pest detection software
RootkitRevealer - free anti-rootkit software
CCleaner - free cleaning/registry fixing software
McAfee SiteAdvisor - free plugin for IE/Firefox to determine website safety on a case-by-case basis

Hopefully with the right tools at your disposal, you can feel more secure using your system in the future.

The IP address is owned by Opal Telecommunications based in Manchester. They are an internet service provider so they probably have thousands of customers who could potentailly have been using this address at the time of the "attack".

One respondent suggested you change your service provider. Thats complete nonesense - hackers don't choose to target customers of specific service providers.

Can't help with the "win-okqi6e6sp4" part of your message - sorry!

Make sure you have a firewall installed. The one that comes with Windows is better than none, but a better one (and free) is Zonealarm http://www.zonelabs.com

I searched for and found this info regarding 89.240.94.127

Lookup results for -spam pmagill@opaltelecom.co.uk @ whois.deadbeef.com
It states that the hostname is invalid.

Cannot help with "win-okqi6e6sp4" though.
