Egypt is a very open country and extremely tolerant to foreigners and its visitors. You shouldn't get worried about what to wear neither you, dear nor your boyfriend. There is not a specific dress code and he can wear everything he likes. Of course, if you visit Egypt now, the Holy month of Ramadan will end in 24th October, it is preferable he to wear long trousers( not shorts) and shirts with long sleeves. But again I would like to calm you down, Egypt and Egyptian people are so good and warm, friendly that it is out of question you and your boyfriend to face any problem concerning your clothing style. Best of luck!

There's no dress code in Egypt! He can wear whatever he likes depending on the weather...Egypt is an openminded country, and everyone has the right to do what he wants
