Vodafone are giving them free at the moment, same with O2 and Orange - just visit the websites and give your details - they arrive within a week or so. Other than that buy T-Mobile ones for £5.00 each.

orange have a offer on buy a payg sim card for a £1 online,
not free but only a quid.

I've got loads of o2 sim cards you can have if you can arrange to pick them up or something. The O2 promotion gives away up to four though (usually get within two weeks if you apply this way).

Otherwise car boot sales sell them for £2 a sim.

Why not just buy some, they only cost about £10.

And advertising that you work for West Sussex Council - Grid for Learning is probably not a good idea.
