Definitely IN. Definitely on the top 10 "must have's" for the season. Forever21 has a kazillion plaid tube dresses and Urban outfitters had this plaid bubble hem skirt that I fell in love with (but I think it is sold out.) Lots of designers (Marc Jacobs in particular) showed plaid on their runways this season. It's also pretty 80's retro (another obvious trend of the moment.)
