Ideally, I'd like to have a mix of FLASH and regular HTML/CSS.
I'm looking for the best way to do this.

the big question is can I do this without using FRAMES ??

without FRAMES or TABLES ??

any smart folks out there that know what the best plan of attack is?

I welcome any input and is greatly appreciated.. thanks -M

Why would you be using frames to make that page at all? I didn't see any need for frames.

You will hardly ever make a HTML page without tables - get used to it. They're the most useful layout tool in HTML, and by choosing not to use them you make life unnecessarily difficult for yourself.
