Absolutely.
Einstein's simple relativity is
that all Creation is pegged to the speed of light ,, which is a ratio with numerator and denominator. Neither distance (3Dimensional space) nor Time is sacred. You can violate distance , space and time ,, you can violate everything and anything , including the Geneva's kilogramme , for 50 atoms every 20 years ,, but you cannot violate the speed of light. ( ** This is also called the Michealson-Morley's null result.)
Einstein's special relativity is
how matter and forces interact with simple relativity to give the familiar Newton reality. (So we study special relativity in school , but not simple relativity.)
Special relativity is the manifest of simple relativity in tardyon.
The Universe has 11 dimensions. There are ONLY 4(FOUR) forces of Nature.
The difficulty to understand God's Creation is not of its complexity ,, but due to His spartan simplicity.

To believe in something is to proclaim that there is no other alternative, and science is not a study of absolutes. Einstein has yet to be proven wrong, but Aristotle's theory of the elements withstood nearly 2000 years of scrutiny before it was shown to not be a substantial model. But conceptions are ideas which are, by their very nature, transient. Perhaps at some point we'll develop a more complete, or accurate, understanding of time and space, but for now it seems to work for our purposes.

I am not sure waht the word "belief" means. Einstein's theory has never been violated. He never did claim that there are ONLY 4 dimensions to the universe

What difference does it make if you, or anyone, "believe in" relativity? Or gravitation? Or evolution? Or that the earth revolves around the sun?
You may disbelieve if you want. It makes absolutely no difference. Apples continue to fall from trees. Penicillin-resistant strains of bacteria continue to appear. Winter follows autumn. And your GPS system continues to work.

How can you believe in a theory? You can believe that the theory is possible.

It probably could be because scientists now think there are about nine dimensions on the earth alone.
