I know that people always say that "the past is the past." My boyfriend and I (I am gay) talked about it and it always bothers me that he had hooked up with a guy (orally), he explained everything to me because I asked, quite frankly I wish I didn't! I just get so much anger and jelousy (sometimes even towards him, why did you do it!) He explained to me that he had no feelings or any emotional attachment, after that night they never spoke to each ever again and it's been a year now. I've been with him for almost 4 months and it still bothers me! Just the thought of him being with someone else but me drives me crazy!

The person who said "the past is the past" actually can't handle the past. that's why he/she said it.
A lot of us can't too, like you. We would rather that be ourselves, shagging our gf or bf and having them all to ourselves. But the truth is, that's the past and the more important thing is the present. Only when you see that, you will feel easier and free.

May the force be with you!

Because your letting it "get to you". Be real youve never had a moment? Dont let him see you sweat over it either because he will play that card in the future. Be secure with your self and soon not too many things, people, past or bl**j**s will bother you!

I don't even think about it. There is no point to. What, am I or you going to change the past? Its not rational to think you can.

Forget about the past, or just accept that everyone including yourself has one.

we find the past always with us and look into better future instead of so nice present.

It's natural as you feel as a comparison. Don't sweat it and remember he's with you not the other dude, because he prefers you and wants you not him.

you have to deal with it if you want this to work. if its in the past, leave it there...at least he's not doing it now while you're together. maybe you have insecurities
