Talk to them like adults and ask them nicely. If that doesn't work, do the same to their parents. If that doesn't work, find out if there is a property manager, landlord or landowner you can talk to about the problem. If that doesn't work, call the police and file a report EVERY time that you have a problem. Granted, this may seem a little extreme, but things like this tend to escalate when you have very uncooperative neighbors (as I've unfortunately had in the past). Chances are either the kids or the parents will respond well as long as you are reasonable, calm and patient when dealing with them.

why do the balls bounce? because there is something under them that's hard surfaced? what if it wasnt hard anymore? u cld try flooding outside of ur door, balls dont bounce on water, not much will, actually, rocks will skip though...so to prevent them from skipping stones, poison the air with chlorine gas...u cld also experiment with large amounts of jello or ketchup

Kill them...
This may lead to new, even bigger problems though, so I would not recommend it.

Well you can talk to them. Try different tones of voice. Then you can call the landlord to take care of people making noise on his ground. (He is responsible to that kind of thing). Or as a last result: Call the cops...

give them some activity to keep them busy - for example, introduce another game you know they will like, without the disturbance. works better than using force.

Pop it or kick it very very far and ask them "DO YOU LIKE THAT HUH WELL DO YA!!!!!!!!!!" then slam your door that would be the most effective way I think
