Use a clean coffee filter. It works the same way as a paper towel, but it won't scratch at all or leave any of the paper fibres on the screen

Well I had this problem once too but i had the regular screen on which i used distilled water and rubbing alchohol, however for you glossy screen i would say to use a softdamp cloth like the ones you use to clean your glasses and lightly wipe down the screen. There you go!

use distilled water not tap - will make sure that know deposits get left behind, and you can mix it 50/50 with alcohol - isopropyl is the type i think. But the cloth should not be dripping wet, sqeeze it out until it is a dry as you can get it and don't work for too long on one part of the screen. You could also do a trial on a small section of the screen where it would be less noticable if something goes wrong.

Don't use Windex or any other ammonia based cleaners, as they will remove the coating on lcd screens. T

Use either a cleaner made for laptop/lcd screens or a 50/50 solution of alcohol and water. You can also use just plain water if you want, but it won't be as effective.
