Yes, a clone is nothing more than a twin born at a later date.


UPDATED RESPONSE:

Despite what Heidi said, the method of creation/birth is irrelevant. Identical twins share the exact same DNA and clones share the exact same DNA. If you were to clone yourself, the clone would have the exact same DNA as you, making the clone your identical twin sister, but born at a later date.

Clones and identical twins are not quite the same thing. Identical twins are embryos that split off inside the womb to create two identical babies.
Clones are "made" in a lab, using adult DNA instead of sperm/egg combinations. For example, Dolly the sheep was made with her "mother's" DNA being placed inside an emptied nucleus to an adult cell. The cell was given an electric shock to stimulate growth. At least that's what I remember from college Biology class.
