I wouldn't say you miss them more, it's more like you're not used to be alone. Kinda like you're used to having this person wherever you go, and all of a sudden that person is gone, you're feel weird, like something is missing.

It's definitely easier to move on that way. You're not faced with the possibility that they'll be there. You learn to stand on your own 2 feet instead of depending on that other person, and it removes the clandestine hope that you might get back together. You need to give yourself time to heal, and you can't do that if the other person is around.

Of course, but to stop talking altogther is probably less painful...then you can begin to move on alot easier.
