a guy with no strings on call when you feel down, loads of sex, remove anything that reminds you of him, burn them if you must, kill the photos, letter, delete all the emails, delete the telephone address info, delete email address, more sex....and get into a relationship with a man you will probably dump when you are over your pain.

Time heals all wounds...

but doing positive things with friends and family to get your mind off of the bad helps it heal faster.

Plan a gathering with friends or family, go out and do something you enjoy. Keep everything positive and you'll wake up one day and be over it just like that.

As trite as it may sound, time really does heal all wounds. You just remember that you are a strong person and that you will get though this. The best advice I ever heard was to just keep waking up each morning, brush your teeth, put on one sock at a time. Baby steps. You'll be ok.

but i suggest time, thought, and living on strong...
