An interesting question that asks the question which type of cow we are talking about. It also makes a difference what age the cow is (and whether you are talking about my ex girlfriend or not). If we assume that there are 1.2 billion cows in the world and each one is 26 stone (around 1/4 of the cow would be made up of water), meaning we would have 19.5 stone of water - equating to around 48 litres. If this was the case based on estimates of how much water there is in the world the cow would contain 1,600,000,000,000,000 of the worlds water supply, whereas my ex is mainly full of hot air.
