I did it and won. Go straight to the employment tribunal. You can do it yourself. You don't have to use a solicitor. You have nothing to lose. How you choose to dress does not entitle anyone to make assumptions. Also past history should have no bearing on the present.

If you have proof, or witnesses, your chances will be better. However, if taken to court, the prostitution-related charge will hurt the case. The lawyer had better be damn good at downplaying it and pointing out that the past is the past.
For jury selection, go with what your lawyer thinks is best; but I would strongly push for young to middle-aged women. Older people have a tough time looking beyond the criminal records.

Nope (assuming that you did not "lead him on"). If you have a solid belief (and evidences won't hurt your lawyers feelings), find a solicitor for further details. Just remember that most complaints like this they will recommend going to a Sexual Harassment Tribunal, which you do not really need a lawyer and is cheap, fast, and the rulings binding.

I think the suit would still stick, although a bit tougher proving your credibility. Ask a lawyer. He won't touch the case if he feels he can't win.

Sounds to me you should just get back to work. He has obviously hired a person with a criminal record. He has given you a break. Stop trying to sue him and take the easy road to money. Or just leave!

Well, your avatar pic, doesn't really help your case, but with a history of prostitutution or not you still can get him in much trouble, talk to your boss's lead. and if he doesn't have one you still can just go to a lawyer and see what he/she says about it.
