When getting a large tattoo (one that takes multiple sessions), when do you tip? Do you tip after each session, after a couple sessions, or at the very end?

You should tip after every session.
He works on you every session so, why would you not tip him?

You would tip when the work is completed. You would not tip a waitress every time she came to the table.
