Try these:

1) Story Q&As - Tell a story and after each "chapter" ask questions and give out prizes for right answers.

2) Newspaper dance - 2 in a pair to play. The pair are suppose to stand on the newspaper. When music plays, they are to fold the newspaper 1 time and stand on it. When music stops, both are suppose to be on the papers and not out. Each time the papers get smaller. Last standing one wins.

3) 1,2,3,Stop! - All movement halts once music stops. You could spice it up with some standard aerobic moves, like hand gestures. You could steal some from Barney the dino or something. But the kids love the game. Once they are caught moving, they are out of the game. You could make those who are out help you look out for who's moving when music stops.
