I want to copy some home videos to the HDD and then on to DVDs Using a Hdd/Dvd/Video recorder, but if each movie is 2 hours long, would it take the same time to do each recording?Or is it faster once the movie is on the HDD?
Thanks a lot!!

It would take full time to transfer from the home video tape to the HDD. However, once in the computer, it can be recorded onto DVD using a good disc recording program (like Roxio "Toast") at higher speed. Some DVDs allow 16x recording speed.
