i would call the police. if i were your husband i would just snap him out for going in the middle of the night. but yea you should call the police and tell them plus that kid is an idiot the 30 days already past so wtf it was his fault anyway for wrecking his car.

Your 30 day warrantey is up. It's been 3 months so you owe him nothing. Offer to replace the speakers at a discount ..be sure you still make something on it. If he refuses then tell him you are done with him and to leave your premisis. If not call the Police and have them remove him..

its simple... call the cops... he was underage.. there's 1 offence... he's also disturbing the peace... 2 offences... i'm guessing your american... so i can't say anything about him driving a car alone under 18... you work from home? bad idea... i'd suggest some sort of security if your home is your busniess... (stereo's amps etc are worth money.. theives.. security.. camera? catch video evidence of him... and if anything happens.. had the evidence over... but once again your probably american... just hope he won't bring a gun and.. you can get the picture :)

You are correct, business wise. Showing up in the middle of the night at your doorstep is not right. You should warn him to keep off or you'll call the cops, and do so if necessary.
