yeah, sure you can, I like it best for evening looks, when I really want to make a persons eyes stand out. Just a warning though, it can be tricky when you first start trying to put mascara on you lower lashes. My best tips, try holding the mascara wand vertically, and just use the tip of the wand, and go back and forth over the lashes, being as they are so close to your bottom lid, it helps keep the mascara off your face. If you do get it on your face just use a damp Q-tip (I like to pull about half the cotton off, and twist the tip to make it into a point, then you don't smudge all your nice work with the big rounded tip, or you can buy Q-tips with the point already on them), and it will take it right off, no worries

Yes. First of all choose the right colour mascara for your eyes. When you are applying make up, be sure you don't get moisturizer on your eye lashes and before applying mascara dab a little powder on the skin underneath your eye lashes first. Next use a eye curler to curl your top eyelashes. Start to apply the mascara first on top side of top eyelashes then underneath. Then do the lower lashes but apply less than you would on the top. You can then use a mascara comb on the top eyelashes to separate the lashes.

You can apply mascara to your bottom lashes, but for daytime just wear brown mascara on your top lashes for a more natural look, and for night time wear black on both top and bottom.

It really depends on the size of your eyes. If you want larger fuller looking eyes, only apply mascara to the top of your eyelashes, and what also helps is applying a white eyeshadow as a base and blending with the chosen eyeshadow colour, this will help open your eyes more. Applying mascara to your bottom eyelashes will close your eyes more at times. It depends your eye colour and size.

i most def do! it really makes your eyes stand out more. although it can be kinda tricky to apply the first couple times.

-- so if you do end up putting some mascara on your bottom lashes hold a tissue under your eyes to prevent smugdies everywhere and wiggle the wand back and forth to get the biggest ( & quickest!) lashes.

:]

I would say yes to this unless you are very very lucky and have long dark natural ones.

It may take a little practice but putting mascara on the bottom will make your eyes look much larger and brighter.

So get practising and give the guys a wink or two

You can, but it tends to run and smudge. Try Neutrogena Lash Tint for the bottom, it's less sticky than regular mascara.

yes at night use a Nice dark Black and during the day use a brown.!
To get your lashes to look fuller heat up your mascara with your blow dryer and do your first coat from the back BUT ALWAYS START FROM THE ROOT AND WORK TO YOUR ENDS (for your top lashes)

You can. Sometimes it's easier to apply a black colour to the upper lids and a brown to the lower lids. It's not a must to apply the mascara to both upper and lower lashes.
