aviod caffeine although i must say the cravings for Chocolate and Salty foods is soo powerful that sometimes you have to give in and grab a little somethng thats bad for ya....but again JUST A LITTLE!.... drink lots of fluids and rest is very important for me, peace, quiet and no bright lights.. most PMS symptoms are much like a migraine as most times you do have one to go along with all the rest...avoid stressful situations if you can, Yoga and meditation is a good one as well.

Evening Primrose Oil is available in health food stores and over the counter, it is my miracle capsule. Everytime i am feeling the niggle of PMS i have one or two capsules and 15-20 minutes later all is calm again!

Anything warm helps. Hot water bottle and hot baths. They are bringing out heat pads to use now but they look expensive.
