First of all, what are the concepts? Second of all, teachers aren't always good. You'll have to study, practice and talk with other students; basically, make up by yourself what the teacher is lacking. The best way to learn is to have to explain it to someone else. Ultimately you are responsible for your own education - seize it!

Teachers are just like other professionals...some are good and some are not. But I won't judge your teacher because I am not in his/her class. By the way, what is your question?

Until and unless you let us know how are we to assume where do you need to focus on.
