If you are taking someone, YES you are cheap.

However there is nothing wrong with the $1.00 theater. You are getting to see the same movie at a bargain price.

As a date yes....
Other than that NO. Going to the movies is expensive. It is $10.00 a ticket where i live. Plus if you get extra things like popcorn and a drink, Water alone is like 3.50. That's why I rent.
Who wants to pay 10 dollars to watch a crappy movie eat stale popcorn and have to listen to immature kids making all kinds of noise, when I can rent a movie and watch it at home in peace.

Not cheap, you would be considered smart. The one I go to has the same quality of sound and picture as the Magic Johnsons. Only difference is no stadium seating. And your date should appreciate it because it will mean more money for you to spend on her.

It somewhat relies upon. in case you spot 3-D video clips plenty, it may in all probability be nicely worth paying for a three-D television. it may additionally pay off in case you opt to work out those video clips extra beneficial than as quickly as, when you consider which you may only purchase the DVDs and notice them as much as you like. in case you do no longer see your self gazing 3-D video clips plenty, and can stay seeing non-3-D video clips at domicile and 3-D in the theater, that way is unquestionably plenty extra low priced.

I don't think so... Going to the regular movie theaters is a rip-off for what you get in a two hour time span.

I'd call you frugal if you were going alone...but if you were taking a date, I'd call ya a cheapskate.

Not cheap, especially if these are movies that have been out for some time.
