U can apply for naukri.com.As u are in pre final yr, do a gud project or make something innovative and send application in various org...They will def gave u a chance.

Firstly you need to maintain an aggregate of 70% or above in b.tech.This is the basic eligibility criteria for MICROSOFT.Then if u have the zeal to work in such a big company go to the site and drop ur resume in there.

Microsoft, IBM, SUN, Intel and all MNCs are very badly looking for Indian brains. Go to their web site and shoot an email to their recruitment division. You will be flooded with calls. They are just waiting.
