Oh, how about "leak"? (The adjective form, "leaky," is a bit weird, though. But "leak" is otherwise a pretty good fit for the stuff you're describing.)

Licentious means lacking moral restraints. Libelous means statements told about a person that are false .Sorry, drawing a blank on this one.
