how do i stop my name from coming up when i'm chatting?

How do I stop my name from coming up when I chat. I would rather my nickname than my full name (christian and surname). How can I change this?

On the top left click messenger then click "my contact details" backspac your name, add another.

go to your contact details..and edit your name, instead your full name write your nickname there...and everytime you add yahoo id into your friends list you can also edit your name to be appear on his yahoo.messenger friends list, by changing your name to what you want it will appear.,
