Is there any guildline or standard that i can refer to for evaluate how secure the network is ?

i have not write my question detail enough, sorry about that. actually i want to find out the standard for secure network. like the design, involving placement of firewalls, routers switches.. and any guildeline or evaluation on its security ?

Here are a few steps to check for the Security standards:

1. Download BELARC Adviser from this link:
http://www.belarc.com/Programs/advisor.exe

Install it and run it once it has created the report follow these steps:
- On the top center of the report, click on "CIS Benchmark Score"

You will get a detailed report about the Network and Security standards and wether they match or not to your computer.
