I already wash and dried them once.

Like all jeans, they shrink with repeated washings. That's the only way you're going to see your jeans shrink. Keep washing it preferably with hot water and use the dryer for maximum results.

Wash them on the highest temperature you can and then dry. Usually it helps but I just hope you don't wanna shrink it like six size smaller :-)

Wear them into the surf and let them dry on you, they will fit you like a glove
