A channel refers to a particular frequency that a station broadcasts on. This may be either an over-the-air frequency or the setting in your cable box at which the channel comes in.
A television station is an entity that broadcasts programs on a certain channel. For over-the-air broadcasting, this is limited to a certain geographic area.
A television network is a group of stations that broadcast the same programming on their channels.

A station is like CBS or NBC or ABC or ESPN
A channel is station on your physical unit that you can find various stations, provided you have an incoming signal of some sort, it could be cable, sattelitte, or VHF or UHF
A Network is a company that will provide you with 'Stations' providing you with a 'Box' to be able to recieve the 'Channels' all over the world.
I hope I helped there. BTW, I get 'Stations' for free if they are local.
