how about some cool bit of baseball memorabilia? Maybe an old-school B&W signed/framed photograph of one of his team's old famous hitters? or an autographed jersey or similar?
Sports fans love 'pieces of history' like that. Real nice unique gift, and if you do your research correctly (ie know which old players he likes best) it could be a real winner.

Spend a day with your husband or with the whole family. Go out to the city and eat at some good restaurants. You can go watch a movie or maybe see a show. Just spend time with him. And after the day is over, go back home to a surprise party with his friends. Of course, you'd have to plan the party first and call people up.

How about a nice family outing with a baseball theme? Maybe going to a game, etc. Use your imagination, original gifts are always the best.

Ever watched the MTV show "Punk'd"? Maybe viewing a few episodes of the show can inspire you and family to "punk" your hubby---followed by a crowd of friends/loved ones to come out of no where and surprise him.

I went to a personalizationmall.com site where it lets you personalize any sports item etc. I had a white sox graphic personalized with my bf's name on it..he almosted cried. Guys love that crap....lol.

Organise a very very romantic evening.
Await him at your door, blind fold him, (with you obviously dressed in sexy lingerie) - take of his clothes put him in a bath full of rose petals then you take of his blind fold, feed him with strawberries & cream then allow him to be the president or you can get creative after that...................... just spoil him.
