Depends on if they're shooting at you or if it's down the block or in your apartment building. If it's the latter, I say run for the hills. Problem is that it will be hard to find a place you can afford where that doesn't go on. Good luck.

Maybe, but I live in The Meadows, in Nottingham, England, so I think I would miss it.
In-fact, if you ignore the screams, it can be quite soothing.
