Rest, home made chicken noodle soup, and make sure you use onions, and parsley in it, drink plenty of fluids, and tylenol.

The home remedy that I would suggest is to make sure that you are dressing her properly first, next to make sure that she has socks on her feet and if she has a fever make sure that you give her a fever reducer and to make sure she has plenty of fluids so that she doesn't get dehydrated and make sure you keep her Warm. A cold only last a few days if you take care of them and I had 3 chidren and I used plenty of home remedies and they do Work! Good Luck.

I don't blame you for not wanting to give her medicines,but plenty of fluids(water)boil some eucalyptus oil in a saucepan so it goes through the house or there is a product out Vapour spray,you spray it in your babies room, it clears the syniss,also been told but never tried this put a rwa onion in the room it draws the germs of the flue into it,its meant to work,as most old wise tales do

For blocked nose , steam treatment works well but it is to be done carefully from a safe distance as child's skin is very sensitive.

Chicken soup or broth. It is full of vitamin A. And orange juice for vitamin C.

take ajwain burn it on tawa and then put it in a kerchif and let her smell it the ajwian should not be very hot when you make her smell
