Have to define "weird feelings". I honestly think you could be experiencing anxiety or stress that can cause your chest wall to feel "inclosed", difficult breathing or feel can't get "enough oxygen", have a "nervous" adrinalin (sp?) feeling.
If you are feeling any pain or discomfort. Talk to your parents and schedule an appointment if consist more than 2 days.
If you are having sharp pains and difficult breathing, seek medical attention asap.
If you are around the time of your period or just got off of it, it could be related to that. Plus, growing pains as you are getting older and your body is growing can cause discomfort (weird feelings).
I know my breast where tender from 14 to 16, even though I started when I was 9. Just sometimes body will go in spirts and grow at different rates.

Hun, you dont say how old you are or whether you are sexually active? It could indeed be puberty but if you have had sex and have missed your menstrual cycle (pardon me for assuming), you could indeed be pregnant.
Breast tenderness is normal if you are expecting a period - all part of growing up. x

`drink green tea & aloe vera and eat blueberries and red chilli, if it goes away u could be havin too much fried food, marg, butter, canola, mayo etc for ur heart
`dont eat yeast bread cos it grows fungus in us, take olive leaf extract to kill the fungus. (this fungus could cause weird feelings)
`if you have optimum nutrition like kelp tablets or seaweed or spirulina as well as bee pollen with organic honey you wont need to worry about it being growing pains (cos they r just a sign of low nutrient levels)
