My choices are:
generalized anxiety disorder
delusional disorder
munchausen syndrome (like the way that one sounds)
manic- depressive ( ruined with the politically correct bipolar title)
or Dissociative identity disorder
If you have a better one I'm open for suggestions.

I like manic-depressive best, makes you sound exciting to be around and then there's the lithium that goes with it.
Generalized anxiety disorder's good too. Sounds like there's something wrong but nobody can really put their finger on what it is.
I'm not keen on the Baron Munchausen. Known too many of them and they're not even good liars.
I've been told I have paranoid personality disorder, with a healthy dose of megalomania but I know it's bulls.hit. They're just trying to bring me down. It's part of their plan to get me, they're all after me but i'm going to stay one step ahead.
EDIT: I don't think you should make it easier with a label, let us wonder instead.

Why even "wear" a label? Your loved ones and friends are yours because they KNOW you; everyone else stupidly disqualifies themselves--and time with them is wasted.
That's the sometimes brutal beauty of the truth: it weeds out the phonies---but it also helps you find the REAL people who love and care about you.
You don't need a "label". But I assume you've recently been diagnosed and are in that stage of anger at having fallen in "the hole"; something you now must take meds for and undergo some lifestyle changes. It's OK to rant and be mad--allow yourself that for a couple of days until it's all run out of you.
Then avow to REFUSE to have this condition leave you depressed and angry any longer; fight the good fight with help from your doctor.....and know your REAL loved ones and friends--even new ones--are out there to help you out and care for you.

why should we wear labels? we are who we are and people who aren't accepting of that don't matter anyway. i think once you are labelled, you are always labelled. no matter what you do or say people will associate that with your label. eg if i was on public transport and i laughed to myself, people would think i had remembered something from my past which made me laugh.(who doesn't?).but if i wore a label that said "manic-depressive" and i laughed to myself in public, people around me would assume i was only laughing because i was having a 'manic' episode. no matter how many times i laughed, it would always be put down to my 'illness'. its unfair. it can be damaging to have a label attached.
get the scissors out and cut off that pesky label! be your own person and be free to think, feel and act the way you want without others feeling they need to judge you!

Maybe you should check with a psychiatrist to see if you actually have a disorder in the first place. Some of the disorders you mention are mutually exclusive.

Nah, I don't think it's a good idea - and you know people answering under Polls&Surveys won't take anything seriously either. But it might be a good idea to wear a t-shirt stating "If you think I'm mad, I will be" in suitably angry fonts.

Why label yourself?
We all have our problems and have to deal with them and if others cannot accept us, that is their problem not our's.
I agree though, the Munchausen one is rather good.

Make a label with all those disorders on it. People would seriously wonder then wouldn't they?
