I'm connecting and people are uploading and my firewall settings are correct. Help

Dear,
Step 1: Check firewall.Sometimes firewall may be blocking.
Step 2: Check anti virus/spyware softwares installed.Sometimes it may be blocking.
Still problem persists..means ..continue to..
Uninstall ARES and reinstall the software.After finishing installing Ares it will prompt for some options.For ex: need to block or not,need access or not like that etc.Thats firewall/anti virus message whether to block it or not.Kindly unblock every options prompted for Ares.Then it works well.

oh you have to wait for ares to get connection to the server then you can do whatever you want
