Trying desperately to get pregnant. Wondering if there are any natural things to try before visiting a specialist.

Fertility Blend is helpful. Google it and go to their website. They have scientific studies posted that are actually realistic. I took it and got pregnant off of it. It is reasonable for 3 months supply. Stay away from Ovulex. I have heard of no success stories and they make outrageous claims on their site. It is a "too good to be true" kind of thing. The same company has tried to sell me herbal supplements for depression (which I do not have) that recent studies over the last 3 years have shown do not help.

Hi! I am an expert on this topic as my husband and I ttc for one and half years. First rule with ttc, make sure that your cycles are regular and that you are ovulating. Second rule, give it six months before worrying. Relax nature will run its course. Take prenatal vitamins to prepare your body. Avoid drugs and alcohol. Don't work too much or have a stressful lifestyle. If you are having problems with your cycle and ovulation then you MUST see a specialist. I finally went to one and discovered that although I had clockwork cycles, I had ovulation failure from prolonged use of birth control pills. The doc put me on hormone therapy and I got pregnant with no efforts by the third month. I hope I was helpful as I tried to put it in a nutshell. Good luck and baby dust!
