Were can I get a plans for a good storage shed about 12 x 16 ft? What is the best type? Not much snow here. Lots of rain in winter. Must build soon and fast, so simplicity and low-budget a plus.

Lots of good free plans on the net. Google Free Storage shed plans and surf through the many results you'll get. You could add "Simple" in an advanced search to narrow the field if you like.

Go to your local lumber yard - I mean REAL lumber yard, not Lowes, Home Depot. Ask the oldest guy you can find behind the counter what you need, and he'll tell you!
