In my opinion, the fastest has got to be Leandro Barbosa of the Phoenix Suns. TJ Ford (Toronto), Tony Parker (San Antonio), Devin Harris (Dallas) and Allen Iverson (Philly) can also be considered.
Imagine a run-and-gun team comprising of Barbosa, Marcus Banks, Steve Nash, Shawn Marion and a healthy Amare Stoudemire. (I'm not a Suns fan by the way)
If that happens we'll all have to put our tubes on slow-mo.
Ray Allen broke Reggie Miller's 3-point field goals made last season. Gilbert Arenas, Raja Bell, Mike Bibby and Chauncey Billups follow.
