No studies are present to suggest or even prove that anal sex causes colon cancer. It's suggested to first undergo an enema to clear the anal tract and use generous amounts of lubricants BEFORE anal sex is to begin.

It will certainly stretch the sphincter muscles and cause you to probably wear Depends before you are old. But just go ahead if that is what you want. The makers of Depends will be very happy.
It's a very stupid practice.
