Is it better to have a water cooling system in the computer rather than a bunch of fans or does it really matter? I just bought a gaming case and am getting ready to put my stuff in it and wasnt sure.

Water cooling is a bit quieter, but more expensive. To me the only real practical way to justify the added cost of water cooling is if you plan on taking advantage of the extra overclocking abilities it gives you, if not, you are really just spending a lot of money for a slight noise reduction.

water cooling is more quiet and will get better results than fans. the downside is that if not properly installed, it might leak and you need to have a tank to hold all the water in.

if you are considering budget. there is a entry class cooler master cpu water cooling block that is the same price as the premium zalman copper cpu cooler. but water cooling is a bit troublesome and is more prone to problems. and you'll need to refill the thermal liquid.
