Bush was the one not addressing North Korea.

I haven't heard them talk about any of the issues, and give a better solution, they are simply running on the platform of "If you don't like Bush after we have torn him down day after day in the Medea, then vote for us.
They point to the sexual emails by Foley, and say how immoral the Republicans are. but any one with a memory knows that a Democratic house member Studds some years ago didn't just email about sex he date raped one of the pages against his will and then didn't even resign. Why are we letting the Democrats lecture us on morality, when they have a much more dismal record. They know they can't compete on the real issues that we face, in the middle of a war so they use the Medea to focus on emails as a distraction.
Hey last Presidential election they had to use fabricated documents against Bushes army reserve records in the October surprise, Their desperation knows no bounds.

Because they find it easier to be a "back seat" driver. They would rather bash Bush in order to get elected rather than advance their own ideas which may be criticized and backfire on them. They are a more bankrupt party than the Republicans and have no plans, only criticism. What a pitiful way to try to win an election. I pity the people that would vote for a party so devoid of any constructive ideas for change (for the better, that is).

that's all they can do, they have no answers to the problems we Americans face at home and abroad. their arguments are so weak they can only resort to smears, lies and hate. The Democrats would rather see the USA fail under Bush then do whats right for the country. no spin there that's the cold hard disgusting truth. Their hate for Bush over rides their thought process, judgment, and ability to be truthful.

And Bush is addressing the real issues? You mean that phony war in Iraq? What OTHER issues has Bush addressed except cut widows and veterans benefits while giving tax cuts to the wealthy?

I address those issues constantly... in fact... it's one of my biggest problems with Bush...

he's not done much about any of those things... he isn't talking to Iran or Korea... and we're in iraq not doing anything about the leaders of terror... we're killing a bunch of poor teens that they have an infinite supply of...

Politics sure are interesting aren't they. You could have just as well asked similar questions of the other side when Clinton was in office.

Democrats have no solutions, that's why they resort to hate campaigns and "got-cha" campaigns. Don't get me wrong, Republicans have their fair share of hate ads, but they do try to offer answers to the questions that Americans want to know --- national security, economy, immigration, and so forth.

What ever happened to the day when candidates ran on the strength of ideas...........

Because they love to whine about everything! They can't argue on facts, so people like Dan Rather make stuff up and hope it holds up in the media.

I think it's because it is easier to smear someone than to try to resolve issues that seem to be ongoing. No one can seem to agree on anything, so nothing gets resolved. Plus, its quicker to smear someone, easier to smear someone and more fun to smear someone, than it is to work on world issues.
