it was not hard but not diarehea but blood came out

Relax you probably had indigestion and your intestine are irritated. Stay of spicy foods and if you drink don't. wait till you go at least 2 more times if it persist then go to and E/R. But if it was your first time, retract what have you eaten and if its something you usually eat.
