Yes, it is frozen using liquid nitrogen for storage and used in artificial insemination. In the case of a my mates gf she puts his in the freezer for ice cubes.

come in a cup and put it in the freezer, its a spermsicle! YUMMY. lol. sometimes guys donate sperm to people so it could fertilize womens eggs, for say men who have low sperm count. they freeze the sperm so yes it is possible. hope this helps! :D

Yes, absolutely. That is how sperm banks preserve their sperm samples. It's the only way to keep them, otherwise sperm dies in about 3-5 days.

Yes it does...
At least, you can freeze it (as in storage freeze) once it is ejaculated out of your body. However it takes a long time to so (more than regular tap water for example), and if it unfreezes naturally (i.e. outside of clinical or medical research) will also turn a freakish yellow color and give out a foul stench!
If you are talking about freezing INSIDE your body, I imagine it would be possible; after all our blood does freeze when we ourselves freeze to death...
