Can anyone tell how do I use VOIP to make free calls anywhere in the world?

http://www.gizmoproject.com/ or yahoo messenger has it.

It works GREAT! I live in Japan on an Air Force Base and we have a Gizmo accent with an Indiana (219) area code so that our friends and family can call us over the computer. And its free for them and cost very little for us!
