I assure you that just being on the internet will do a lot for your English skills. Talk to people....join groups for games or discussion and you will learn more genuine English than is taught in most classes.

I don't know one but it occurs to me that the government should set up a free one. With people coming here from all over the world I think it would encourage them to get a good grasp of the language of their adoptive home.
