Yes! In my first pregnancy I had really bad morning sickness and couldn't stomach anything unless it was salty or sour! I used to sit and eat salty sliced lemons. I was lucky because I was living in Asia where they have the world's saltiest and best pickled mangoes and I ate a jar a week. Don't worry that's very normal and some tangy and sour flavors like fresh ginger and lemon have a natural way of easing nausea. So your very normal!

I would eat variety meals since I had no appetite. I'd get a piece of bread with butter, a piece of cheese (not a slice, a real piece from a block of cheese), a fruit and some kind of veggie on the side. This was my lunch every day. For a snack i'd eat veggie dip and broccoli or have a yogurt and a fruit. I couldn't stomach meat a lot of my pregnancy, so I'm sorry I can't give you advice on that. I'd have a starch, a meat or fish and veggie for dinner. I got one unhealthy snack a day if I craved it. Of course this was like almost 5 years ago I was pregnant and I'm sure they've come out with new lists of 'don'ts', so check those out, too.

I agree with the first response. Eat what you crave. You crave it for a reason, Secondly, actually LOOK at your words that you wrote to the world...
It is one thing to speak in a natural tone or language among your family and friends, but when you present yourself to the WORLD
respect yourself enough to respect those that you subject your writings to.
I actually cringed as I read your writings.
If you ever get to the point that you ask yourself what is wrong with your life or a situation at hand
It be mostly like dis here you be give to da rest ub us!

No one has ever been able to fully explain why we crave anythign during pregnancy but I found amy kids were a lot calmer if I gave into the cravings. Just don't over do them cause you can gain way to much weight and it's harder then hell to lose.
Good luck girl (the worst I trusted was mongolian stir fry ala mode)

YES! Normally I'm a sweetsoholic and I want none of it.. I haven't gone to horseradish.. but potato chips, pickles, salted veggies.. most of the time nothing sounds good, though. still trying to sort out what i do and don't want (sometimes it sounds good but then does NOT taste good to me anymore)
