Chappelle, any day. Mencia's Comedy Central presents was good and intelligent, but not funny. His show is pathetic. Chappelle was fresh, new, and interesting. It had people wondering what he would do next. Mencia just tries to hard to offend people and it just comes off as weak.

They're both funny but I prefer Carlos Mencia.
I respect how Mencia makes fun of every race and love how Mencia takes to the streets. Ordinary people can be funny too!

In my mind Carlos Mencia by far....the man is hilarious.....it seems like he hits on more topics than Chappelle....Chappelle does have some good videos....but on Comedy Central i think that Menica wins that battle.....Chappelle is funnier on his videos....he says anything there......but Carlos makes fun of every race in the world included his own.....

Carlos Mencia is way far funnier than Chappelle.
Chappelle's humor is menacing, full of racial angst; his core fan base is black....and it's pretty much closed to other races.
Mencia's humor amazingly pokes fun at his own ethnic background--and even has Mexican/Latina audience members laughing!! Mencia has mastered his brand of humor to welcome in ALL races in his audience.
