At the local social security office that deals in invisible friends - also called the nut hut! (not for the kid, for you, lol)

You can't do it. I think something needs to be done about that too. I have 2 invisible kids here.....We should be able to carry them

U need to elaborate your question depending upon what your status is is, ie whether you are a citizen, worker ,tourist, lawful resident etc after that your question could be answered well
