At what age did you start masterbating?
And if you are still doing it stop! This is your problem.
What people don't tell you about masterbating is that cause Erectile Dysfunction because when you masterbate you are wasting precious seed. and your body only produces so much. The way our bodies are setup is a gradual shutdown as we age but your only 19 and been masterbating for how long and how much? Even oral sex too much its not good.

You might want to see a doctor about this, and be totally honest with him. You also might have just sort of panicked yourself into this situation, if you believe you are going to lose it, you will have a tendency to lose it. So try to calm down, relax, don't worry, don't even think about it for a few days, think about other things.

I doubt that you have hurt it in any way. The problem is more than likely psychological and can easily be fixed see your doc for more help.
