I need to know how to download it from imesh and a cd.

take the iTunes CD that came with your iPod and install iTunes
to put a CD on your iPod, put the CD in your computer and when it shows up in iTunes, click IMPORT SONGS. the songs will then begin to load onto iTunes. to buy a song, go to the music store and click BUY SONG

Place the iPOD Down your PC and then put some load on it -- it will get downloaded.

It sounds like you stole it, or you would know how it works. Get help on ipod help on the apple web site. Or just give it back since it isn't yours.

you can download from any mp3 sites. download the software into your PC and then transfer from any mp3 source and connect i pod to PC and get it transferred from PC to ipod thru the software. i do it from musicmatch software in my PC to my ipod.
