Depends on the month...in the summer, anything under 20 degrees (Celsuis here in Canada) is too cold. In the winter, anything under 5 degrees Celsius is too cold. I cannot stand the cold though, so I would prefer it to be 30 degrees or more outside at any time. I love the heat!
